1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the dispatch of the materials from the loading site. Once the vehicle has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply to cover the transportation costs.

2. Return of Goods

Due to the nature of cement, we generally do not accept returns once the material has been delivered and unloaded. However, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong brand or grade).
  • The cement bags are damaged, torn, or exposed to moisture prior to delivery.

In such cases, please notify the delivery personnel immediately or contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the affected quantity.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-7 business days).
